What is your Return Policy?Only unused products with original labels and packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange within 12 days of purchase. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to returning any products. If you wish to return a product within the 12 day allowance period, please email us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number with the following information:
- Order Number
- Product Number and/or product name
- Type of return (Exchange, Refund)
We will reply via email with the RA Number and the “ship to” address.
Returns must be shipped “prepaid” in their original carton(s) with the original packing slip, a copy of the receipt, RA Number and return instructions. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton(s). Our receivers will not accept “collect” shipments or shipments that do not have an RA number.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received were damaged or shipped incorrectly.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment at a value equal to the purchase price and get tracking information from the courier. Ksiegarnia.ca cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred on return shipments or lost shipments.
We will exchange or issue a refund within 5-7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned merchandise with authorized RA numbers.
